I am humbled and honored to be involved in mentorship of young emerging leaders (as I am young myself)! One of the most frequently asked questions that I get from people is "how do you do what you do"-- my response: "Believe in yourself". I have always been inspired by a quote that I heard from Donald Trump: "How can you fly when you have clipped your own wings?"
I have struggled over the years to define what I am that I'm passionate about and where I add value. I am happy that through the various angles of my work, volunteerism, and involvement I feel like I am starting to find my way and fulfilled many personal goals.
